Felix Huettenbach is a founder, investor, adventurer and youtuber. In his 30 years on earth he has achieved excellence in multiple fields. But he is completely honest about the grit, sacrifice and discipline his success has required.

Since childhood, he learned to thrive in, and enjoy environments in which he was far from being the best. Instinct propels him into challenges where he will reap the most knowledge and reward. He demanded of his parents, at age ten, that he spend a year in a Shaolin monastery, purposefully, to mimic his idol Jackie Chan. It was a gruelling training of body and mind. His personal equation proved the ultimate benefit, revealing not only his own strength and discipline, but teaching him the true power of a strong community and the value of listening to one’s body, monitoring one’s health and taking action to strengthen it.

Felix started his first entrepreneurial venture at 18 when he moved to Munich to study Mechanical Engineering and business administration and built an event production company with which he funded his university degree and also filled his social life.

At 20 the urge to go to Silicon valley and participate in the technology revolution was just too strong. He moved to San Francisco and worked at the German American Chamber of Commerce connecting german technology leaders with their American counterparts.

A year later after a short return to Munich to finish his degree and complete training at the private equity company Aurelius he moved back to Boston to start the first technology venture of his own. Together with 2 MIT students he started a robotic fitness technology company that harnesses the power of electric motors to create the resistance needed for strength training. In the process he won over a professor and became a visiting researcher at MIT who greatly supported him and the team with the building of their new venture.

Felix sold his stake in the company a few years later after moving it to Los Angeles. Afterward, he joined Quantgene as the Chief of Staff. Quantgene works on the early detection of cancer and utilizes a new technology called liquid biopsy along with custom algorithms to predict 10 cancers early by merely analyzing the blood. During his time at Quantgene, the Covid pandemic erupted, and Felix quickly built up a unit to start Covid testing for enterprises.

When it became clear that the general public needed widespread testing solutions as well, Felix spun up a new venture: Sameday Health.

Sameday Health grew to a team of more than 2000 people and helped over 3 million Americans with their Covid needs, namely testing, vaccines, and doctor visits. Felix is extremely passionate about making healthcare more affordable, transparent, and approachable. The company and its services were incredibly well-regarded by the public, with tens of thousands of 5-star reviews and countless testimonies.

In early 2023, Felix and the management team decided that it would be best for the company to be led by a doctor who could expand the suite of services significantly while maintaining the incredible customer service Sameday is known for. In May 2023, it was announced that Sameday Health was acquired by Rume Health and would be led by Dr. Matthew Abinante.

Felix is now focusing his time of achieving his childhood dreams, such as surfing a barrel, helping the environment and becoming a pilot.
